You will also receive a link to complete a Medical Symptoms Questionnaire.Please fill this out and return it to us ASAP

Once we have received this information, we will order your test/s requisition/s and either email you your requisition form with further instructions for testing or ship you your test kit/s.

Your test kit/s and requisition forms will arrive between 5-14 business days after you have completed and submitted all necessary information.

LAB RESULTS

Once we receive your lab results, you will be contacted by email with results. Typical processing for Blood Work is 5-7 business day. Expect a 15- 21 day processing time for Salivary Testing.

We further test the Adrenal Glands with a Test called the Adrenal Stress Index (ASI). The adrenal glands react to stress by producing the hormones Cortisol and DHEA.
